Comuguay has a maritime climate. A maritime climate is influenced by the proximity of seas and oceans. We have four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. In the summer the average temperature is 30.0 °C (86°F). During the winter the average temperature is 0°C (32°F). So our summers are extremely hot and our winters are relatively cold.

 

Maritime climates are quite humid, due to the moist air, there is increased precipitation. It’s not uncommon that it rains more than hundred days a year in Comuguay. But the precipitation is often of low intensity.

 

In open oceanic areas we often experience hurricanes. But in Comuguay we don’t have to deal with storms. It’s not a dangerous place to live concerning the weather.
